TRUE NORTH CONSULTING

Helping teams breathe, lead, and show up whole — with tools that are real, heart-led, and rooted in healing.

About True North Consulting

My journey to founding True North Consulting began long before I ever gave it a name. For years, I wore masks—many of them—to hide from the parts of my story I wasn’t ready to face: the pain, the trauma, the fear, the wounds I had learned to silence. At the time, it felt easier to hide than to heal.

But healing has a way of finding us, especially when we’re surrounded by people who remind us we don’t have to walk alone. I’m deeply grateful for the family, friends, and mentors who have supported me through my own process of unmasking and rebuilding.

Today, I draw from that lived experience—alongside years of professional training, education, and hands-on practice—to help others do the same. Through consulting, workshops, and presentations, I work to create brave, trauma-informed spaces where individuals and organizations can pause, reflect, reconnect, and begin the work of becoming whole.

True North Consulting is more than a service—it’s a space for transformation. A space where healing meets strategy. Where culture shifts, leaders rise, and people find their way back to themselves.
